Makeup sponges like the BeautyBlender (and non-BeautyBlender iterations) have slowly but surely taken over our makeup bags, and while they’re perfect for obtaining a natural-looking foundation, concealer and contouring finish, these porous foam tools haven’t eliminated the need for brushes, especially when it comes to powder-based products.
