Hydrate the healthy way

You have to hand it to Mother Nature… The girl knows what she’s doing. Case in point: Coconut water. Essentially Earth’s Gatorade, this elixir is jam-packed with vitamins, nutrients and electrolytes that help keep our bodies going no matter the active endeavor we take on. I’ll admit that I’m not a fan of the stuff straight up (I’ve tried it many times and just can’t get down with it), but Coco5 gave me a nice little work-around with their coconut/fruit blends. Now I’m sipping on coconut water regularly, and I feel really good about it.
