Credo's new private-label products are worth a gander

We may not be wearing makeup as much as we used to (at least I’m not), but I still feel the need to put my best face forward on Zooms with clients. These means an abbreviated makeup routine that always includes some sort of complexion coverage, because maskne. As I’ve slowly but surely transitioned to “clean” makeup, my Kosas Tinted Oil has become my go-to, but I’m definitely in the market for a more traditional foundation—and Exa High Fidelity Foundation is at the top of the list.

Exclusive to Credo Beauty, Exa is the retailer’s first foray into private-label products, and I hope this foundation and primer are just the beginning. Available in 43 shades and offering buildable coverage with a natural finish, the formula features advanced (yet clean) technology for long-lasting color and wear plus antioxidant ingredients to shield skin from free-radical damage. This foundation is also appropriate for all skin types and has already been awarded Oprah’s 2020 Beauty O-Ward (and just like pretty much everyone else, if she likes it, I feel like I’ll like it).

This exciting launch also includes the Exa Jump Start Smoothing Primer, which goes beyond helping keep your makeup in place. You get a slew of antioxidants to shield protect against blue light and environmental damage—and positively-charged quartz crystals that (apparently)”magically” extend makeup wear while providing a soft-focus blurring effect to minimize the look of imperfections.

I always have a running Credo shopping list, and thanks to these two new offerings it just got a bit longer!
