A tropical vacation for your skin

Coconut may not be the typical holiday scent, but just one whiff transports me to a better, more tropical place (even if my holiday plans aren’t taking me that far afield). I’ve been a major fan of Yes to Coconut since it launched a few years ago, and ococunutne of my best holiday gifts to date has been a delivery of the latest offerings—which all indulge my affinity to coconut.

Designed for drier skin (and whose skin isn’t dry during the winter—if you don’t live in South Florida where it’s STILL 85 degrees?), these products are the bomb. The Ultra Hydrating Crème Cleanser (at the bargain price of $9.99) is ridiculous, and I’m not just referring to the scrumptious scent. It has the power to melt away makeup yet rinses completely away, and it leaves your skin smooth, soft and actually feeling like its been on vacation.

Follow this cleanser with the Yes to Coconut Ultra Hydrating Facial Souffle and your face will feel like it hit the jackpot. If you’re prone to breakouts I’d definitely steer clear (coconut oil tends to clog pores), but if you’re not, use this and your dry skin will be instantly smoother, softer, more comfortable and so sniffable that you may have to ward off the crazies.

Last up (at least in my happy holidays package) was the Ultra Hydrating Facial Mask, and I can’t wait to find the 10 minutes to try it. Beyond hydrating parched skin, it contains purifying bentonite clay to draw out impurities, plus coconut and avocado oils to really smooth things over. For this much skin indulgence, $15.99 is a small price to pay.

So if you’re like me and not heading south for the winter holiday, these new Yes to Coconut products help make your lock-down status a little (or a lot) more tolerable. Trust me.
