Am I the only one who associates nail art with a younger generation—and more specifically a generation who isn’t plunking down $30+ for a nail polish? Well, apparently Dior Beauty isn’t banking on the people who share my opinion because they’ve launched a nail art kit as part of their summer collection, and I have to admit I’m somewhat tempted.
Featuring two polishes plus a Dior-branded dotting tool (how chic!) and available in three color combinations, the limited edition Dior Vernis Polka Dots for Summer 2016 takes nail art from high school to high style. My favorite is the “Confettis” combo because the complementary peach and coral shades feel so perfect for summer. (The other combinations are beige/blue and light pink/rose.)
Aside from this manicure set, this collection also includes the new Milky Tint glosses, which serve up a light tint, major shine and a wet finish. They are flying off the shelves so if you’re interested I’d hop online or hightail it to the mall ASAP.
Rounding out the offerings are an intriguing oil-gel lip pomade (note to self: check that out), loose and pressed shimmer powders, and bold and neutral eyeshadow palettes. They’re all worth a gander, whether online or in person… Would would you pick?
