Start de-stressing naturally

We all have stress, but we all cope differently. Sometimes we have an extra glass of wine, sometimes we eat things we know we shouldn’t, and sometimes when things get particularly frenetic, we bite our nails (horrible, we know). Amidst all of last week’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week brouhaha, we got a pitch about some survival kit essentials which included 21 Drops De-Stress essential oil blend—and although we followed each and every show from afar, we knew we needed to give this natural approach to stress management a try.
