I’m not known to pack light. This is ironic because despite a plethora of wardrobe options, I usually wear the same pieces repeatedly over a long weekend away. My toiletries are a different story, as I use each and every product I pack. This is an issue in and of itself, and after years of haphazard product packing I can honestly say that Sonia Kashuk’s Weekender changed my life—at least when I’m out of town.
As the saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words, so here’s a shot of everything I brought with me over Thanksgiving. (Note: We drove to our destination so I didn’t have to deal with TSA rules.)
Now, here’s the after. Yes, it’s true.
So this magical case has two separate sides… I stashed hair and body/shower products in one pocket, and filled the zippered pouches with travel essentials that never need to be unpacked.
The other side features a large zip compartment (where I put my facial skincare), and lots of pockets for makeup. The brush section is genius, and there are two additional areas for compacts, mascaras, pencils and any other cosmetics you bring on your journey.
While we had a wonderful holiday, I can’t help but think that this case was one of the highlights. And yes, I used every single product I brought with me.
