Affordable (and effective) CBD skincare does exist

If you haven’t tried CBD-laced skincare yet, you’re probably a little cannabis-curious—but you might also be reluctant to spend a lot of money on these lotions or potions. I’ve tried my fair share and have fallen hard for several pricey products, but as the demand for CBD grows, so does the array of price points at which you can reap its skincare benefits. Case in point: NxN Beauty, a super-wallet-friendly range of non-intoxicating, THC-free products that deliver the benefits of CBD without the financial risk.

I tried a handful of the products and was happy with each and every one. We all need a hyaluronic acid serum in our lives, and NxN’s Hydra Power serves up four different forms of this exceptional hydrator (and it’s safe for all skin types) while the addition of CBD provides extra antioxidant benefits. Just a few drops leaves my skin soft and silky with absolutely no sign of stickiness or greasy residue, and it absorbs so quickly I can move on to the next step of my skincare routine immediately.

This such next step has been the Zero Gravity Whipped Day Cream, which I would recommend to anyone who likes a lightweight moisturizer that provides hydration that stays put. With squalene for long-lasting moisture and even more free-radical-fighting courtesy of marine algae, sea grape, sea buckthorn, raspberry seed and CBD (because there’s no such thing as OD-ing on antioxidants), I was honestly shocked to learn this moisturizer only costs $19.

The final NxN product I tried was the Power Detox Clear Complexion CDB Mask when my skin was acting up a few weeks ago. This green-clay-based mask works double-duty by purifying pores and soothing redness and irritation associated with breakouts, since CBD is also an amazing anti-inflammatory ingredient. It only takes five to 10 minutes to help your skin chill out, and it’s so gentle you can use it as needed.

I also received the C-Change Vitamin C Glow Serum (which does not contain CDB) and the Beauty Sleep CBD-Infused Hydration Mask, and although I haven’t had a chance to test them just yet, I have high hopes. In fact, they’re sitting on my vanity because it looks like I’ll have a lot of time to play with products with Hurricane Dorian paying us a visit for the holiday weekend!
