Warm up with this cozy fragrance

This time of year, I love a rich, heady scent that evokes the feeling of curling up in front of a fireplace. Maybe because I live in South Florida and a roaring fire is hard to come by (as are appropriate temperatures outdoors), nothing says winter like a comforting woody scent. And with the holiday season in full swing, most of us have gifting on the brain as well, and the latest fragrance from Nomad Two Worlds’ “Raw Spirit” line, Winter Oak, combines both of these priorities at the perfect time.

At first whiff, the oak makes it presence known, but you’re in for a surprise as this scent unwraps on your skin. The top notes of bergamot, peeper, clary sage and geranium are a fresh welcome before being treated to an accord of saffron, clove and mate. To finish off the complex, Native American-inspired scent, suede is used to introduce the oak, cedar, musk and vetiver notes that surround you with warmth for hours. The result: A rich, dynamic fragrance that just about anyone would want to find beneath the tree, or beside the menorah. And in the spirit of giving, a portion of the sales of this scent support the Chumash Indian Museum in Sherman Oaks, California.
